The project was completed in phases, the first being a kitchen remodel, garage conversion and opening between reception rooms, secondly fitted furniture for the upper bedrooms was installed and lately a brick and glass extension orientated around an old apple tree. In the final phase the patio was designed around the extension in granite and a matching platform was designed for the garden table and barbeque about 3/4 back along the garden. It both frames the apple tree and is backed with a trellis which screens the rear 1/4 of the garden. The end was reorganized, reusing some older elements and materials, as a gardening area with a shed, greenhouse, and potting area.
