The project consists of the conversion of two adjoining structures; the Carriage House and Stables, into a two bedroom residence.
The stable block and home farm buildings form an important group of demesne related structures at the Beech Park estate. Formerly attached to Beech Park House, a typical villa-type residence of county Dublin, the structures are modest but charming, built in a classical vernacular style, and form an interesting group of buildings and external spaces. The conversion was winner of RTE's Home of the Year competition 2020.
